Job summary

Fusion People is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the creation of an architectural function from the ground up, reporting to the Head of Architecture. You will design high and low level architectures and deliver scalable, end-to-end integration across marketing, security, data, finance and more.

You will partner with domain architects to set standards, mentor peers, and guide large-scale transformations, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture principles and AI foundation

Qualifications

• Must have API design, messaging and integration architectures experience.
• Strong security architecture and data protection background.
• Experience building an architecture function from scratch or major transformations.
• AI foundational experience desirable.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Mentoring capabilities for junior solution architects.
• Familiarity with EA tools like Ardoq or LeanIX.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) a plus.
