Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Shift Team Lead for a leading FMCG site in Tewkesbury. You will supervise and mentor engineers, drive fault-finding and PM activities, and support the Engineering Manager to hit departmental goals on a high-speed automated line.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with strong fault-finding skills.

• Lead fault-finding, repairs, testing and planned preventive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery.
