Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Manager (Engineering) in Bracknell to drive growth through strategic relationship management and account development. You will grow existing member and affiliate accounts, identify new business opportunities, and promote a full range of services and subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success or Relationship Management.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation and account growth skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to travel across the UK, with relevant sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the organisation's full range of services and subscriptions.
• Build strong client relationships, represent the organisation at industry events, and encourage engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, and provide commercial reporting and market insights.
