• Building strong relationships with candidates.
• Sourcing and engaging with candidates through various channels.
• Conducting candidate interviews and understanding career goals.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for suitable candidates.
• Negotiating salaries, fees and offers.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records.
• Developing knowledge of different recruitment markets.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
