Get Staff is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Portsmouth office, with a clear path into a growing Engineering Division. This full-time role offers a starting basic salary and uncapped commission.

Uncapped commission drives an OTE of £40,000–£60,000 per year, with the potential to progress through our structured training and progression programme. Based in Portsmouth with opportunities to work from our Chichester office.

Formación

• At least 6 months experience in recruitment; training available to upskill.
• Experience bringing on new business and placing candidates in permanent roles.
• Understanding recruitment processes is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Join our Engineering Division and place candidates in full-time, permanent positions.
• Work with management and experienced consultants to master your market within the Engineering Team.
• Source candidates, understand their needs and match them to a suitable role.
• Market our services to potential new clients bringing on new business and establishing yourself as a 360-recruitment consultant.
• Qualify vacancies to ensure you have all the information needed to find the ideal candidate.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding and offers, while maintaining client and candidate relationships.
• Regularly maintain our CRM system, adding quality candidates and clients to aid the growth of the business.
