Job summary

Get Staff is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our Engineering Perm Division in a Port Solent–area office. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £26,500 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE up to £50,000–£60,000 per year.

You will source and place candidates permanently, work with clients in the engineering sector, and drive revenue growth through proactive market engagement. Training and development are provided, with a supportive team and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within the engineering sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding monthly billings targets.
• Ability to work full-time in a Portsmouth-based office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and assess fit for permanent roles in the engineering market.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to grow the engineering division.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end from registration to placement.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and ensure timely communications.
• Support management in achieving monthly billings targets for the engineering department.
