Job summary

Get Staff is recruiting a Delivery Consultant to join our Portsmouth-based Engineering Perm Division. The role offers a starting basic salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000 per year, depending on performance.

You will work with a small, dedicated team to source candidates, understand market needs, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles within engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding monthly billings targets.
• Experience placing candidates in permanent roles.

Responsibilities

• Join our Engineering Perm Division and be part of a small team.
• Source candidates and match them to roles across our client base.
• Manage the recruitment process from registration to placement and onboarding.
