Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to support the Engineering team in Bangor, North Wales. The role focuses on reviewing work, proofreading, and delivering accurate, quality certifications for gaming devices and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Programming/Math or related field, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read/write/speak English to perform duties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project areas and provide administrative support to engineers.
• Create and modify projects/tasks in internal systems.
• Prepare estimates and templates for project timelines and costs.
• Produce reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs and project metrics.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly.
