Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from its Glasgow base. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence, and providing regular progress updates.

You will work 37 hours a week at Atlantic Square, Glasgow, with hybrid patterns and a minimum onsite presence of three days per week. Excellent stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts would be advantageous.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery and administration of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, commercial specialists, cost managers and project planners to achieve project objectives.
• Manage smaller work packages and elements of project scope to support overall programme delivery.
• Monitor project progress, reporting on performance, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the project environment.
