Greencore London Meals is recruiting an Engineering Project Manager to lead high-impact site-based engineering and asset projects at our Park Royal site. You will manage multiple initiatives from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost and timescale targets.

• Strong engineering background with experience leading complex site-based projects.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental legislation, CDM, and contractor control.
• Ability to manage cost, risk, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Commercial awareness with experience controlling budgets and forecasting spend.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and manage project risk effectively.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to report progress and influence stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for a driven Project Manager - Engineering to lead high-impact engineering and asset projects at site, bringing ideas to life from concept through to completion. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to agreed safety, quality, cost, and timescale expectations.

Operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business priorities.

Role Accountabilities

• Deliver multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion, reporting to the project sponsor

• Maintain effective project timelines and coordinate delivery alongside wider business operations
