You will balance technical delivery with people leadership, guiding a small team of Project Engineers and collaborating with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Automotive or manufacturing project management experience.
Strong APQP and product launch knowledge.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, collaborative and delivery-focused approach.
Desirable background: Aerospace, automotive or AS9100 experience; Tier 1 or OEM customer experience; Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from concept to launch.
Manage APQP-driven project delivery.
Coach and develop a team of three Project Engineers.
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Manage project timing, risk, cost and delivery.
