Project lead/ manager - Engineering | Automotive | Hands-on Leadership Are you a Project professional who enjoys being at the heart of engineering projects-not just reporting on them? We're looking for a hands-on Project lead /co-ordinator to lead the successful delivery of engineering projects while managing a close-knit team Project Engineers. This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing technical project delivery with people leadership. You'll be working closely with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to production, ensuring quality, timing and customer expectations are met. What you'll be doing:

• Leading engineering projects from concept to launch
  Managing APQP-driven project delivery
  Coaching and developing a team of three Project Engineers
  Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  Managing project timing, risk, cost and delivery
  Driving continuous improvement across project delivery
• We're looking for someone with:
  • Automotive or manufacturing project management experience
