Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an Engineering & Programme Manager in Oxfordshire to lead engineering and product development programmes from concept through to production and delivery. The role combines technical leadership with programme management to drive improvements across the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Design Engineer in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven Project or Programme Management experience.
• Experience leading product development from concept through to production.
• Experience implementing SolidWorks PDM systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering processes.
• Previous senior leadership within an engineering environment.
• Excellent project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and product development programmes from concept through to production and delivery.
• Manage engineering projects, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
