Michael Page Banking is seeking a Project Manager / Engineer for the Newbury area to take full ownership of new product projects from prototype through to mass production. The role requires extensive communication with stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and technical delivery while coordinating with production, sales, and customers.

You will develop manufacturing processes, production documentation, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and traceability standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across teams and with customers.
• Experience as Project Manager or similar role within manufacturing.
• Background supporting products from development into production.
• Understanding of both low- and high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
