Job summary

EVera Recruitment is seeking an Engineering & Programme Manager to lead the Engineering function from concept to production release. You will drive collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality, manage resources, and implement processes for a high-performing, scalable business.

You will lead projects, manage priorities, develop plans and oversee risk management, while improving design governance and supplier reviews.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing.
Proven track record delivering NPD projects from concept to production.
Strong knowledge of precision machining processes.
Experience with CAD, drawing practices and PDM systems.
Experience with project planning, resource allocation and RCA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from concept through to production release.
Manage engineering resources, priorities and project delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and risk management activities.
Drive programme governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support supplier engagement and technical reviews.
Improve engineering processes, documentation and design governance.
Oversee quality activities across incoming inspection, production and final release.
Act as the key interface between Engineering and other business functions.
