Job summary

Evera Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to support a complex New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialisation programme in an advanced manufacturing environment on a 6-month contract, onsite in Oxford.

The role involves coordinating Technology, Engineering, Product Development and Manufacturing teams, driving milestones, managing risks, and delivering executive-ready updates to senior stakeholders within an accelerated development timeline.

Qualifications

Significant programme management experience within automotive, advanced manufacturing, engineering or technology environments.
Strong knowledge of NPI, APQP, industrialisation and product development processes.
Experience creating and managing integrated programme plans and master schedules.
Ability to translate complex technical activities into clear programme plans and executive-level updates.
Strong risk management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated programme plans across NPI and industrialisation activities.
Coordinate deliverables across Technology, Product Development, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Establish milestones, critical paths, dependencies and decision points.
Identify and manage programme risks, assumptions and delivery challenges.
Provide scenario-based planning and analysis to support leadership decisions.
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent programme execution.
Deliver clear programme reporting including progress updates, risks and mitigation plans.
