Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team across global sensors and weapons products.
• Develop and coordinate engineering plans aligned to programme needs and standards.
• Manage work packages with planning, tracking and KPI reporting.
• Act as external technical liaison with customers and Design Authority.
• Oversee risk, change, and earned value management for deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to baseline schedule and programme costs.
• Direct and indirect people management including timesheets and performance goals.
