Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the Air Traffic Management Systems team in delivering advanced sensors and related services to a global customer base. The role focuses on engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration and ensuring technical excellence across projects.

The candidate will drive planning, execution and performance reporting, while managing risks, cost baselines and stakeholder communications to achieve profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in delivering complex multi-disciplined development programmes.
• Extensive experience in systems engineering and guiding high-performance cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management and programme impact.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to provide efficient solutions to diverse business problems.
• Capability to advise programme teams and senior stakeholders effectively.
• Broad technical background in systems design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering global sensors and weapons products and services.
• Develop and coordinate engineering plans aligned to programme needs from bid phase to delivery.
• Manage work packages with planning, tracking and KPI reporting.
• Serve as external technical focal point and liaison to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Design Authority to ensure programme technical integrity.
• Lead risk and change management to mitigate delivery risk and cost overruns.
• Oversee resource planning, performance goals and timesheet management.
