Job summary

Safran Engineering Services UK Limited is seeking an Engineering Project Management Officer (PMO) to support Senior Project Managers in delivering engineering development programmes. You will ensure governance, reporting, and performance indicators meet Safran standards while leveraging Planisware, Excel, and Power BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PMO, project coordination, or related support role within an engineering/technical environment.
• Proven ability to collect, manage, and present project performance data (cost, schedule, KPI).
• Proficiency with project management and data tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel (pivot tables), and Power BI.
• Strong organisational skills with disciplined data handling and action tracking.
• Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report QCD performance across assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintain project dashboards and KPI reports monthly, covering RC/NRC cost tracking and milestones.
• Support governance packs, Steering Committee presentations, and cross-site reporting with data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PMO toolsets and templates (Planisware, dashboards, Excel trackers).
• Support continuous improvement of PMO practices and compliance across the portfolio.
