Job summary

Safran Engineering Services UK Limited seeks an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead a major engineering and quality services programme. You will mobilise a multi-disciplinary team and ensure customer satisfaction, governance and delivery performance in a non-traditional project management role.

You will oversee up to 22 engineers, quality professionals and PMO resources, driving resource planning, risk management and governance across aerospace programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering or technical services with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mobilising or scaling teams of 15+ resources and maintaining governance.
• Strong customer-facing stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to own solutions, drive delivery and manage risks and escalations.

Safran Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead a major engineering and quality services programme supporting Safran Electrical & Power.

This is not a traditional project management role.

You will be responsible for the successful mobilisation, deployment and ongoing management of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resource availability, delivery performance and effective programme governance.

The role will oversee a team of up to 22 engineers, quality professionals and PMO resources supporting critical aerospace programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and ramp-up of engineering and quality resources.
• Manage customer demand, capacity planning and resource forecasting.
• Act as the primary customer interface for service delivery activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and deployment of resources.
• Monitor service performance, utilisation and customer satisfaction.

• Proven track record managing risks, escalations and customer expectations.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
