Job summary

SGN is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to support the Business PMO in monitoring and improving project delivery. You will gather, analyse, and report data to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards, driving informed decisions and governance.

You will collect data, build dashboards, track risks and issues, and assist with PMO processes, templates and tools. This role offers a hybrid work model with UK travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO or project support experience.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyse project data across workstreams.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Support tracking of progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Assist in PMO process improvement and governance.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure version control.
