Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is offering a 12-month placement across design and construction teams, based within our United Utilities framework in the North West. You’ll gain exposure to mechanical systems, design, planning and installation on live projects.

You’ll collaborate with engineers on-site and in the office, developing practical skills, safety awareness, and professional growth, with mentoring and potential for a permanent role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced mechanical engineers on-site and in the office.
• Engage in water and wastewater projects from design to installation and maintenance.
• Develop skills in mechanical design, system analysis and problem-solving.
