Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Skilled Production Operative near Maidstone. You will join a well‑established, growing manufacturing team with full training and development to help you learn a skilled trade.

In this hands‑on role you will operate machinery, assemble products, and support colleagues across production areas. Overtime is available at enhanced rates, and there is an early finish on Fridays to help work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn new techniques and machinery.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Experience using hand tools and/or machinery.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Skilled Production Operative

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible working hours with an early finish on Fridays

Hours per week: 39

Location: Close to Maidstone
