Qualifications

• Strong electrical and technical engineering background is essential.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E or similar.
• Experience supervising engineering teams and workload allocation.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience using CAFM/job-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Labour Department Helpdesk operations.
• Allocate engineers to reactive and planned works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and fixed-price works.
• Maintain records in Corrigo system.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers.
• Manage engineer availability including holidays and timesheets.
• Support recruitment and development of engineering staff.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments for delivery.
• Produce performance reports and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
