Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates via boards, social media and networking.
• Ability to conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Strong relationships with clients and understanding hiring needs.

• Proactively source and attract candidates using diverse channels.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews and assessments.
• Foster robust client relationships and understand their hiring goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process from engagement to onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
