Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Resourcer to drive candidate sourcing across Manufacturing & Engineering. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from graduate engineers to senior leadership with a focus on proactive sourcing and relationship building.

Based in Peterborough with hybrid working, you will join a high-performing team, enjoy uncapped commission, and have clear career progression within a growing division.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical sectors.
• Strong candidate management and proactive sourcing.
• Passion for speaking with people and building relationships.
• Willingness to learn technical skills in engineering sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing a 180° recruitment across the engineering and technical landscape – from graduate engineers to senior leadership roles.
• Building out proactive candidate sourcing campaigns including job board searching and LinkedIn headhunting.
• Managing interview processes from start to finish and collating feedback from clients and candidates.
• Undertaking in-depth job briefs with clients and colleagues to tailor marketing campaigns.
• Providing clients with up-to-date market intelligence and strategic hiring advice.
• Collaborating with a team of recruitment experts to support delivery.
