Job summary

ACR is seeking a Senior Recruitment Resourcer for Manufacturing & Engineering in Peterborough. Hybrid work setup with a base salary and uncapped commissions, offering a path into a growing, specialist division.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment from graduate engineers to senior roles, build proactive sourcing campaigns, and guide interviews with clients and candidates. This role emphasises relationship building and strategic hiring support within a technical sector.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience – ideally in engineering, manufacturing, technical, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Managing a 180° recruitment across the engineering and technical landscape – from graduate engineers to senior leadership roles.
• Building out proactive candidate sourcing campaigns including job board searching, LinkedIn headhunting and database management.
• Managing interview processes from start to finish, collating feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Undertaking in-depth job briefs with clients and colleagues to understand roles before building marketing campaigns.
