Taylor Wimpey plc is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of technical experts across design and delivery on residential developments. You will provide high-quality engineering design and support at all stages of the development process, from viability through to consents and construction coordination.

The role requires extensive experience in roads, sewers, land drainage and utilities, with a background in housebuilding.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in housebuilding with roads, sewers, foundations and utilities.
• Proven track record leading a team of engineers.
• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally accredited by RICS or ICE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering design and support across development stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, utilities, highways authorities and Environment Agency.
• Ensure CDM and health and safety compliance on projects.
