NewStore is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team, shaping strategy, mentoring talent, and ensuring long-term technical sustainability of our Omni-Channel Point of Sale platform.

You will guide 4–8 engineers and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver measurable outcomes, while championing a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of managing an engineering team.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience shaping engineering strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, health and production stability for your team.
• Own domain architecture and alignment with target architecture and interfaces.
• Own hiring and grow the team, including senior engineers.
