Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams at scale.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and technical strategy.
• Strong AI/ML or AI-native development exposure.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the engineering vision and strategy across the company.
• Design and evolve the engineering org to execute the product roadmap and scale with the business.
• Drive hiring, retention, and leadership development across engineering teams.
• Represent engineering externally at industry events, with customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with CEO/COO and other functions to align technical and commercial priorities.
