Job summary

Dex, in partnership with a fast-growing fintech platform, seeks a senior engineering leader to mentor engineers across three squads—intelligence, experience and platform—and to partner with the CTO and Product leadership to shape a lightweight planning rhythm that surfaces dependencies and risks.

You will own technical hiring and organizational design as the team scales across London and New York, evaluate architectures, and translate business needs into credible roadmaps that engineers actively

Qualifications

• Direct people management experience leading software engineers.
• Track record shipping distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience hiring and shaping teams as priorities evolve.
• Ability to coordinate parallel workstreams across multiple teams.
• Outcome-oriented management focused on customer impact and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers across three squads: intelligence, experience, and platform.
• Design planning rhythm with CTO and Product leadership.
