Job summary

IPL, Forza & Kober is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department and support site production operations. You will plan, train, and develop the engineering team, ensuring health and safety requirements are met and maintained.

You will identify machinery and engineering solutions to support continuous improvement, driving efficiency, productivity and profitability while delivering projects on time and within budget targets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with industry experience.
• Proven leadership in FMCG environments.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe systems of work.
• Experience with PLCs and maintenance planning.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and machine technician teams.
• Maintain engineering standards per procedures and regulations.
• Oversee site facilities maintenance and contracts.
• Participate in HACCP and GMP-related activities.
• Coordinate projects, timelines and budgets with leadership.
• Ensure planned maintenance, inspections and contractor works are completed.
