Job summary

proAV in London is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the on-site team responsible for the bank's meeting room technologies and AV estate across the EMEA region. You will act as the ambassador for proAV within the client, drive service excellence, and ensure uptime of critical AV / UC systems.

The role requires proactive fault triage, ticket management, documentation, and mentoring of engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team in a high-availability AV environment.
• On-site at a London bank with responsibility for meeting room tech.
• Proactive fault triage, ticketing and escalation.
• Knowledge of AV hardware and software suites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively troubleshoot AV faults and coordinate repairs.
• Maximise uptime of AV systems across the EMEA estate.
• Manage ticket queues, raise faults and close tickets promptly.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members on site.
• Travel to other bank offices as required.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs and asset schedules are up to date.
