Circular Resourcing is recruiting an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) for a well-established consulting and engineering business in the Building Services sector.

The client offers decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within building services and commercial real estate sectors. They seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical team and collaborate with the Commercial Director to expand market share.

  • Location: Central London, hybrid working options.
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers.
  • Liaise with clients to develop bespoke solutions.
  • Develop proposals with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
  • Plan projects, resources, and budgets with the PMO team.
  • Prioritise projects to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct detailed surveys to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Prepare energy audit reports and recommendations.
  • Use simulation software for building analysis.
  • Prepare GHG emissions reports.
  • Perform feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
  • Create financial models for upgrades.
  • Oversee building upgrade and refurbishment projects.
  • Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
  • Conduct Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).
