Uncapped Sales Leader with Nashville’s leading mechanical contractor in top construction market!

This is a rare opportunity to take a successful sales team to the next level with an uncapped compensation package in one of the top construction markets in the country. You’ll be with Nashville’s leading mechanical contractor named NBJ’s “Best in Business” finalist, TAPHCC’s “Contractor of the Year”, Talk of The Town’s “Excellence in Customer Satisfaction” and ABC’s multiple time “Excellence in Construction” recipient.

Requirements

  • Prefer 10+ years’ experience in the mechanical industry with experience selling and estimating package unit and split system changeouts as well as chillers, cooling towers, and boilers.
  • The energy, skills, and capabilities to gain the respect of the sales team and lead them to maximize performance levels.
  • Disciplined and skilled in coaching both experienced and inexperienced sales team members.
  • Skilled leveraging CRM sales reporting to pinpoint and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Live within a 60-minute radius of Nashville to efficiently assist in covering the greater Nashville/Middle Tennessee market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create weekly rotation to work with each salesperson out in the field.
  • Effectively track sales performance, pinpoint opportunities, and help drive sales.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to keep the team on track and driven.
  • Assist with more complex chiller, cooling tower and boiler sales opportunities.
  • Manage, sell, and service select house accounts.
