Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency - Building Services

Location: London

Circular Resourcing is recruiting an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) for a well-established consulting and engineering firm in the Building Services sector.

The company offers decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within the building services and commercial real estate sectors. The role involves leading a technical engineering team and collaborating with the Commercial Director to develop market growth strategies.

Location: Central London, with hybrid working options.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers, overseeing project activities.
2. Engage with clients to develop bespoke solutions.
3. Assist in preparing client proposals with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
4. Create project, resource, and budget plans with the PMO team.
5. Prioritize projects and resources to meet deadlines.
6. Conduct detailed building surveys to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
7. Prepare energy audit reports and recommendations.
8. Perform building analysis using simulation software.
9. Generate GHG emissions reports.
10. Conduct feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
11. Develop financial models for building upgrades.
12. Oversee building upgrade and refurbishment projects with the PMO team.
13. Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
14. Perform Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).

Requirements: EU work permit is required. The role is based in London, with options for hybrid working.
