Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency - Building Services

Circular Resourcing is recruiting for an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) to join a well-established consulting and engineering business in the Building Services sector.

The client offers decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within building services / commercial real estate sectors. They seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical team and collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop market share solutions.

• Location: Central London, hybrid options available.
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers, overseeing project activities.
• Liaise with clients to develop bespoke solutions.
• Develop proposals with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
• Create project, resource, and budget plans with the PMO team.
• Prioritise projects to meet deadlines.
• Conduct building surveys to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare energy audit reports and recommendations.
• Perform building analysis using simulation software.
• Generate GHG emissions reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
• Develop financial models for building upgrades.
• Oversee upgrade and refurbishment projects with the PMO team.
• Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
• Conduct Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).
