Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency - Building Services

Location: London (Great central location, hybrid options)

Circular Resourcing is recruiting for an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) to join a well-established consulting and engineering business in the Building Services sector.

Our client offers decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within building services and commercial real estate sectors. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical engineering team and collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop solutions that increase market share.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers, supervising project activities.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to develop bespoke solutions.
• Develop client proposals with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
• Create project, resource, and budget plans with the PMO team.
• Prioritise projects and resources to meet deadlines.
• Conduct detailed surveys of buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare energy audit/review reports and recommendations.
• Perform building analysis using simulation software.
• Prepare GHG emissions reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies for renewable power and heat generation.
• Create financial models for building services upgrade projects.
• Oversee building services upgrade and refurbishment projects with the PMO team.
• Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
• Conduct Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).
