Cleo is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams across multiple product squads. You’ll partner closely with Product and technical leadership to drive delivery, team health and long-term strategy.

You will coach engineers, own delivery outcomes, and shape priorities to ensure high-impact work. This role offers opportunity for growth within a fast-moving, inclusive culture that values learning and collaboration.

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering squads.
• Deep Ruby on Rails production environment experience.
• Ability to hire, coach and grow engineers.
• Strong communication with Product and Tech leadership.
