We value clear thinking and the ability to learn quickly over language pedigree; our stack spans Ruby on Rails today, with Python for ML, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS.

You'll mentor engineers, shape project direction, and help evolve APIs and data models while shipping impact.

Qualifications

• An experienced engineer with strong fundamentals who can reason clearly and learn quickly.
• Track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code with sound technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of upcoming work with your squad and drive projects from discovery to shipped impact.
• Build and evolve APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just fundamentals.
• Contribute to testing, observability, and improve developer experience and product quality.
• Drive high-impact initiatives such as core features and pricing experiments.
• Mentor engineers and help grow the team’s capabilities and culture.
