Job summary

SR2 REC LTD is seeking an Engineering Manager / Engineering Lead to drive a major greenfield engineering programme in Swindon. You will lead two teams, provide technical direction, and shape roadmaps while embedding modern practices and delivering high-quality software.

The role requires 3+ years as an Engineering Manager/Lead, with a strong C# / .NET background and experience in APIs, microservices, CI/CD, automation and cloud-native development.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Lead.
Strong C# / .NET background.
Solid understanding of APIs, microservices and integration.
Experience driving engineering best practices, automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead two engineering teams, providing technical direction, coaching and people leadership.
Own engineering delivery across a high-profile greenfield programme.
Drive modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps and cloud-native development.
Shape technical roadmaps, influence architectural decisions and champion engineering quality.
Work with senior stakeholders to manage technical risks, priorities and delivery.
