SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager/Lead to own a major greenfield engineering programme in Swindon. You will lead two engineering teams, shape architecture, and drive modern practices across CI/CD, testing and cloud-native development.

You will work with senior stakeholders, grow into broader leadership, and take ownership of delivery with time to develop in the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager/Lead.
• Strong C#/.NET technical background.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and integration.
• Experience driving engineering best practices and automation.
• Strong people leadership with ambition for a larger leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering teams, providing technical direction and people leadership.
• Own engineering delivery across a greenfield programme.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps and cloud-native development.
• Shape technical roadmaps and architect decisions, champion engineering quality.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage technical risks, priorities and delivery.
