Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Java experience.
2. Strong Spring Boot microservices knowledge.
3. Proficient in domain-driven and event-driven design.
4. Proven leadership of engineering teams and coaching.
5. Excellence in test-driven development and automated testing.
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern VCS.
7. Strong focus on secure software development and observability.
8. Ability to balance technical, commercial and delivery needs with stakeholders.
