Qualifications
- Significant hands-on Java engineering experience with Spring Boot microservices.
- Strong knowledge of domain-driven and event-driven design.
- Experience leading engineering teams and coaching people.
- Proficient in TDD, quality engineering, and automated testing.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern VCS workflows.
- Understanding of secure software development and observability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an engineering team delivering secure, scalable software.
- Plan delivery, manage priorities and oversee outcomes.
- Stay hands-on as an engineer delivering features.
- Coach engineers with structured development plans.
- Embed quality, testing, and security across practices.
