Marks & Spencer is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead empowered, multidisciplinary engineers in the International Pricing domain, building scalable platforms for markets outside the UK and Ireland.

You will partner with Product and Delivery, shape technical roadmaps, drive engineering excellence, and mentor teams to deliver reliable software at scale while nurturing an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering high-quality software
• Ability to build and mentor high-performing, inclusive engineering teams
• Strong technical judgment across system design and modern engineering practices
• Proven track record of shaping technical roadmaps and partnering with Product & Delivery
• Demonstrated DevOps mindset and ownership of end-to-end delivery
