Rippling is seeking an Engineering Manager for Global Payroll UK/IE to lead a high-growth vertical and shape the future of a billion-dollar product. You will build a world-class team, own delivery for UK & Ireland payroll capabilities, and contribute to Rippling’s international expansion with a strong blend of business and technical acumen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in‑depth knowledge of software architectures.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading small/mid-sized teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Solid programming skills and a track record of improving code structure for testability and maintainability.
• Strong project management skills and customer‑centric mindset for product ownership and problem solving.
• Hands‑on development experience using Python, Django, MongoDB, React, AWS is a plus.
• Outstanding customer‑centric mindset.
