Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Data Center Industrial Controls Run-times team. You will build and own a portfolio of on-premise industrial automation software for mission-critical building management and electrical power infrastructure.

You will hire, coach, and manage engineers, drive agile processes, and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to design or architect scalable, reliable systems.
• Knowledge of the full software/hardware lifecycle, including code reviews and builds.
