Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an exceptional Controls Design Engineer to join the Data Center Global Services (DCGS) Controls Design Engineering team. This role focuses on Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) design standards and coordination across AWS's global data center portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical systems startup/commissioning.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of electrical/control diagrams and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global design standards for BMS/EPMS.
• Lead collaboration with project teams to finalize SOWs.
• Review vendor submittals for AWS standards compliance.
• Operate in high-security environments and manage on-call support.
