Job summary

DeepL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a small, experienced team and own the end-to-end customization surface, including terminology, glossaries, style rules and translation memory.

You will shape product decisions with product managers and designers, prioritise ruthlessly, and drive improvements to help customers manage large sets of customisations. London-based with hybrid office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Leads a senior full stack team and defines technical direction.
• Owns the customization surface end to end: terminology, glossaries, style rules, translation memory.
• Shapes product with PM and design to create a usable customization experience.
• Identifies unglamorous wins to improve organisation, discovery and trust in customisations.
• Based in London or willing to be, with office presence two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and develop a small, senior full stack team.
• Own the customization surface end to end: terminology and glossaries, style rules, translation memory.
• Shape the product with product manager and designer to define user experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to help customers organise and trust large sets of customisations.
• Collaborate with research to bring adaptive personalisation into production.
