Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for significant parts of the Developer Experience mandate.
• Lead initiatives to lift developer productivity across engineering teams.
• Design and build workflows and tooling through the full SDLC.
• Lead AI integration across the lifecycle with safe guardrails.
• Treat internal developers as customers and drive adoption through data.
• Define cross-track standards and migration paths.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
• Share in operating services and tooling with on-call rotation.
